Swimming pool fence compliance is a major issue these days. Tree stumps beside pool fences can create hazards for pools. We just did a job for our customer that had a golden cane stump beside her pool fence that made her fence non compliant. We had to use our portable stump grinding machine to get around the garden edging, pool fence and garden. Golden cane stumps are very fibrous and need very sharp stump grinding teeth.
